Google has been sued in many copyright cases because anyone can get information what they want from Google directly without purchasing them from the owner. One of a case is the sue by Perfect 10, a nude photo website, on 2004. Eventually, the court . So Google is going to get Perfect 10 out of its index and cache by the end of this month, or exactly by March 8.

Is this a good or bad news for us? For Perfect 10, I’m sure it is a very great news over year since Google never lost in court until this case. The point of this fight is that nobody will purchase for things that are available for free in Google Image. However, I am very confusing about how Perfect 10 site works. All contents should be stored in member only area so Google might not be able to retrieve them automatically for sure. That means Google signed up to Perfect 10 and used that account to automate indexing later.

I wonder why Perfect 10 don’t just add  to its robots.txt as Google suggested to all webmasters. Anyway, goodbye Perfect 10.
