Google Trends: Interactive Zeitgeist

Once I saw , I like it. It is a great idea to combine specific events with search keywords popularity. Though, Google Zeitgeist is limited to events chosen by Google according to its popularity accumulated through the past year. According to the popular of Zeitgeist, Google launched  to publish hourly zeitgeist on a TV channel, , and monthly zeitgeist. In addition, this idea has also been applied to .

Yesterday, Google has just  . By this service, you could see the same graph as you saw in zeitgeist and finance services. The are timelines of search volume and news volume with marker of specific news on these timelines. You will never see the specific number of that volumes. These numbers are invaluable. I could pay for them. In addition to these timelines, you will also see comparison of search volume regarding cities, regions, and language.

For example, let’s see the comparison of . In 2003-2004, Microsoft has been searched more than Google but situation had changed since the beginning of 2005.
