Migration from MySQL 4.1 to 3.23
Today, I involved in migration from MySQL 4.1 to 3.23. Yes, I mean to downgrade the software. Actually, I don’t want to downgrade but just to move from a hosting service to another one. Unfortunately, the new host is running MySQL 3.23 and the old one is running MySQL 4.1. Before to go further, the software running on top of MySQL is Joomla and its eCommerce package.

I found an interesting blog posted by Nick Lewis. He accidentally found . What does it mean? As far as I know, the background of Google’s logo in this link are taken from the default background of Windows XP. Could it be just a trap?

Unfortunately, most websites rely on cookie authentication so I can login only once. The previous login session are purged autmatically. My favorite web browser is Firefox. So I need to run 2 browsers. Below are the list of browsers I tried.

From Gmail Drive to Gmail File Space
Gmail has changed free e-mail services on the net. Size does matter. It started to offer 1 GB space for an account with no cost while other services only offers at most 100 MB for free. In addition, Gmail is extremely fast comparing to its competitors Yahoo! Mail and Hotmail. Since it offered 1 GB space, many innovative programmers tried to hack to use this space as a drive to upload/download/share files easily.
