My organization is trying to track incoming requests from outsiders and also insiders. The reason and only one reason is that me and my colleagues work so hard for nothing. Our main works are in the state of no progress for so long time. Actually, all works are late for two months already and they are not finished yet. The problem is my boss has seen we worked so hard but he have never known what we did and why all works are not finished on time.

That is the thing drove me to deploy a kind of issue ticket management system to track what we are doing all days all nights. There are so many softwares that may solve our problems. However, I chose Drupal and Case Tracker. It works almost perfect and we have used it for a week without problem. Actually, it does not meet our requirements yet. We also want to track performance of support teams. There are so many performance metrics. The first one is how long it take to solve each case. I decided to write a report using PHP input format in Page content type.

I developed IP to Country module for Drupal last year. The original purpose was to see who visited my site through Search Keywords module. Anyway, it is also possible to use ip2cc module for automatically display information based on geo location.

If you notice some weird in this site, there are something wrong since I used this theme. This theme is bluebreeze. It is nearly perfect especially for SEO except only one big problem regarding anchor (see issue). Well, it is also beautiful at least for me. The theme is good but the layout is too advanced for standard CSS. I found another good layout in Aberdeen. Anyway, the theme is not for me at all. So my solution is to use Aberdeen's layout with the bluebreeze's theme.

According to Blognone Tech Day 2.0, I have recorded a set of video and also converted them into AVI, 3GP, FLV and JPG. Some might not know what is FLV and how to use it correctly. FLV is actually very popular for last few years since it has been used in major sites, e.g., and . Basically, FLV is a kind of container like AVI such that contains stream of video and audio separated into many chunks. It is suitable for streaming by its own file format. I distributed videos of Blognone Tech Day 2.0 in FLV because you might want to put it in your web site by your style. Google Video allows you to embed the videos but you can't change its theme to match your theme. FlowPlayer might help you in this case.

In other words, it should resize itself according to browser size. Google doesn't tell me how to do it. Fortunately, I found it!
