Result of Fighting back SPAM

It has been about 2 weeks since I turned on spam v2 in this site to fight back SPAM. I just want to report the success of this action. After the installation, the module worked intelligently to unpublish lots of comment SPAMs everyday without any training for a few days. By the way, it turned out that SPAMers changed their patterns so the module could not classify them as SPAM correctly. So I manually marked 4 comments as SPAM to train bayes parameter for better result. Wow! It works. No more SPAM since that days.

Akismet would be great as long as international bandwidth from your host direct to http://akismet.com is fast enough. I prefer spam v2 because it is fully self-contained. No key and no activation code.
